Have a look at local_recipient_maps and local_tansport. http://www.postfix.org/STANDARD_CONFIGURATION_README.html#firewall I think what you are really trying to achieve is that foo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx goes to foo@xxxxxxx (so no local delivery really).
