they should provide at least enough information for you to confirm the facts
for yourself (it's amazing how easy it is for the clueless to reach the wrong
conclusion when looking at spam or virus headers).

at minimum, that includes the Message-Id and/or your postfix queue-id (which can
be found in the Received header showing where the message entered your system).

grep for the Message-Id and one of the pieces of information you will find is
the Queue-ID.  grep for the Queue-ID and you will find every log entry related
to that message.
