postfix ldap or mysql

Hello my name is Claudia, I installed Postfix + horde
+ Spamassassin + Antivrus Clam_av  + Amavis   over
mandrake 10.0 . I instaled mysql for work with
calendar and memo but my users in this moment I have
in /etc/passwd because I thinks that my list was
litlte but now my boss need that the mail work with
more of 15,000 users , I dont  know if work better=20
with mysql or with ldap . I think that ldap is
complicated configurate  and install but  I dont
manage mysql, well plese tell me what i do ? and other
question Postfix support more of 15,000 users?
