The .db files are 1.85 berkeley hashes as created using postmap: jonah% file mynetworks.db mynetworks.db: Berkeley DB 1.85 (Hash, version 2, native byte-order) jonah% file virtual.db virtual.db: Berkeley DB 1.85 (Hash, version 2, native byte-order) I don't see any evidence that the virtual.db map is failing at all so I am reluctant to think that it a problem in the db lookup code.
