Probably getting ready to write one of those awe inspiring web articles 
extolling the virtues of whatever product vendor is paying is rent this 
month.
I could be wrong.  I think a lot of those net-journalists don't bother 
with mailing lists.  It takes too long.
But he might also be sitting on the edge of the "email server" pool 
getting ready to jump in and wants to know what he's getting into. 
After all, everyone claims to make the best mail server in the world.
BTW, I was able to exceed 100,000 per day on a Pentium 200, but I was 
more restricted by the network connection than anything else.
